And Officine Panerai doesn`t break the record from this point of view and succeeds to integrate the 18 ct. polished red gold in this 42mm case, matched with a bezel from the same rich material. And it is no surprise that, due to the simple design lines and thickness of the case, the gold enhances the attributes of this model from the Radiomir watches collection, creating a timepiece that is both practical and elegant, one that can be fitted successfully to any casual or elegant occasion you may think of.

Inside this beautiful case is the P.999 mechanical manual winding movement, manufactured in-house, made from 154 components and offering 60 hours power reserve. It is the smallest movement developed by the brand, build in such way that it fits perfectly in this case dimensions. The hours, minutes and small seconds functions work precisely, as you would expect from a mechanism branded Panerai. The small seconds are represented by a counter positioned at 9 o`clock. And aside from three Arabic numerals and the hour indices (made from rose gold and all luminous when dark), the dial is so airy that the legibility is surely a key target chased by the watchmaker. The simple brown dial contrasts magnificent with the elegant shine of the rich gold and, in the same time, counter-balances it. The final result is a harmonious luxurious case that will not bling at the wrist, but will embrace it in a subtle way. The dark brown alligator strap is soft and has a polished rose gold buckle that, with the specific cushion shape of the Radiomir, creates a unique aesthetic. Same model, but in a 47mm case with the Caliber P3000 can be purchased.

The small, thin and high-performing caliber can be admired through the sapphire crystal window of the back of the case.
